You can download a copy of the schedule as a PDF (Beryong-Schedule). Print this out and keep a copy at home, your car, your Kindle device. You can also check the online Schedule as it is updated to reflect changes due to testing, holidays and special events.
Master Yun recommends attending class at least twice a week. If you want to get the most out of your training, come four times a week. When you train four times a week, you are training more often than you’re not. This routine gets you in shape faster, you still have ample time to rest in between classes, and the muscle memory kicks in.
Students must arrive 10 minutes before class begins. If you arrive late, you will stand at the back of the room, no matter what your belt.
Forgot your belt? No matter what belt you’ve achieved, you’ll be at the end of the line, with the white belts. So don’t forget your belt, please!
For the Thursday sparring classes, Master Yun recommends that students bring their own sparring gear. The studio has a limited supply of chest pads but it’s not enough for the entire class. Contact Master Yun to purchase a full set of sparring gear.
During regular classes, students may wear the school t-shirts. But for tests and belt ceremonies, students must be in full uniform; no t-shirts, please!
